About This Site

This site documents the travels of Arcturus, a 1966 Allied Seabreeze. A boat I bought sight unseen in the Fall of 2015 as she lay on the hard in Vasteras, Sweden. Since I live and work in California I can sail her only over the summer months. In the years to come I hope to take her from Sweden down through the French canals and on to the Mediterranean. From there, who knows?
